#Suryanamaskar ( Sun Salutation) demonstration by Ambassador Mr. Niraj Mishra Yogguru . He is teaching right way to do it with perfection. These days a new fashion has develop some Yog teacher and also practicener say that they do 108 round of #Suryanamaskar , somebody says 50 round and generally people say that they can 25 to 30 , rest of says that they do more than 15 . I would like to tell you and you can see in this video that if someone do it with perfection and in a right way can't do more than 5 times . Yog practices is not a game or the way to attract others nor it's the Gymnastic , Yog is the complete and deepest science so try to understand and learn right technique to begin any Aasana , Praanaayama or whatever you want to learn .Those are using it to make record or teaching to other in a wrong way doing a bad thing . You can see here in this video that a single round completed in 1 minute 40 seconds so you can calculate if anybody is claiming that he / she do 50 or 108 round of Suryanamaskar , should take how many times . #Calculate and think what we are doing or what they are doing ?Hola amigos ¡! Today, there are several types of yoga that vary in difficulty and speed. While different yoga types feel different, yogis and scientists alike will tell you they are all extremely beneficial for your mental and physical health. The great thing about yoga is there are very few limitations to start. While colorful yoga pants, support blocks, and fancy mats are nice, you don’t necessarily need any of that stuff to get started. Instead, simply pick a basic yoga routine that has beginner poses and follow along. You’ll notice your body and mood change in no time. To find out the health benefits you can expect when you begin yoga, check out the following 27 benefits of yoga: 1) Better Flexibility Have you ever watched an experienced yogi twist herself into pretzel-like poses? Seriously, who knew the human body could even bend like that?! The truth is, if you don’t keep your body conditioned to do such movements, then it won’t be able to. Overtime your muscles will atrophy and your joints will settle into a limited range of motion. So when you take your first yoga class, you may not be able to touch your toes let alone tuck your feet behind your head. Stick with it, though, and you will gradually notice your body loosening up. 2) B

Ower belboton ( nabhi) is imagine gift given to us

DID YOU KNOW? Our belly button (NABHI ) is an amazing gift given to us by our creator. A 62 year old man had poor vision in his left eye. He could hardly see especially at night and was told by eye specialists that his eyes were in a good condition but the only problem was that the veins supplying blood to his eyes were dried up and he would never be able to see again. According to Science, the first part created after conception takes place is the belly button. After it’s created, it joins to the mother’s placenta through the umbilical chord. Our belly button is surely an amazing thing! According to science, after a person has passed away, the belly button is still warm for 3 hours the reason being that when a woman conceives a child, her belly button supplies nourishment to the child through the child’s belly button. And a fully grown child is formed in 270 days = 9 months. This is the reason all our veins are connected to our belly button which makes it the focal point of our body. Belly button is life itself! The “PECHOTI” is situated behind the belly button which has 72,000 plus veins over it. The total amount of blood vessels we have in our body are equal to twice the circumference of the earth. Applying oil to belly button CURES dryness of eyes, poor eyesight, pancreas over or under working, cracked heels and lips, keeps face glowing, shiny hair, knee pain, shivering, lethargy, joint pains, dry skin. *REMEDY For dryness of eyes, poor eyesight, fungus in n

Yoga (Sanskrit: योग), which literally means 'union

' is a group of ancient Indian spiritual practices aimed at integrating mind, body and soul and achieving a state of enlightenment or oneness with the supreme truth. Major texts on yoga include the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Shiva Samhita. The philosophies of yoga are universal and is not confined to any religion, nor does not it require any specific belief system to participate. Outside India, Yoga is mostly associated with the practice of asanas (postures) as a form of exercise. What is normally thought of as yoga in the West is really Hatha Yoga, one of the many paths of yoga. Different approaches and techniques of yoga lead to the same goal of unification and enlightenment or achievement of samadhi. Due to oral transmission of sacred texts and the secretive nature of its teachings, it is difficult to trace roots of Yoga. The early writings on yoga were transcribed on fragile leaves (bhoj patra). The word yoga was first mentioned in the oldest sacred texts, the Rig Veda. Yoga was slowly refined and developed by the Brahmins and Rishis who documented their practices and beliefs in the Upanishads. Patanjali's Yoga-Sutras, the first systematic presentation of yoga, were written some time in the second century. Patanjali organized the practice of yoga into an 'eight limbed path' (astang Yoga) containing the steps and stages towards obtaining Samadhi. Patanjali
